1. Bees should be inspected at collection and only accepted if satisfactory.
They cannot be subsequently returned. Queens likewise cannot be
returned due to obvious practical difficulties.

2. All other products returned unopened may be returned for a full refund
if returned within 3 months of initial dispatch.
